Defense sure looked like a totally different team the week Pagano took over- Smith, Irvin etc everybody seemed to play a whole lot better-

How do you grade his short time as D-Cord here from a scale of 1-10?

Do you hope he remains under Gruden or not?

If not, then what DC is a name you'd like to see here coaching this D?

It wouldn’t be bad to have him here. I don’t know how great a relationship he had with the players, but they were much better down the road this season.

But we’re going to replace 1/2 our starters at least so past relationships may not matter.

Definite improvement... But that ain't saying much. If possible I'd keep him to coach up the secondary, his supposed strength.

Moot point. Guenther's coming in to run his defense, not what Pagano was able to cobble together or do in SD.

Seeing as Geunther is reportedly a done deal, it would have to be this.

Clean house. We don't need any of the current assistants on the staff and yes that includes Tice.

Gruden has a plan which is something new around here. We haven't had one for over 30 years.

Didn't we get our asses kicked by the teams with legitimate offenses? San Diego and KC didn't have problems moving the ball on us. Better than Norton yes, worth keeping around NO.

No more BS confusion.... Gunther is the man we are running with. Let that be that.

Fresh start top to bottom.

Well not exactly top to bottom since the idiot is still at the very top. :(
