Then ideally we can see the video after he is convicted or takes a plea deal. I don't think the presumption of innocence gets ignored because the media and public have already convicted him. If he takes a plea deal or is convicted then post the video to the public. I don't see what the prosecution gains by releasing the video other than trying to force him into a plea deal. This isn't me defending Bob Kraft. I fully believe in the presumption of innocence and just because Kraft is more than likely guilty of a crime does not mean I wouldn't be a hypocrite if I wanted different treatment for him than I would anybody else in the matter.
