I took my niece to see Black Veil Brides, Asking Alexandria, and Crown the Empire. They were very screamy. And I think I have to be a cutter now because my parents just don’t fucking understand what it’s like, you know? Fucking old assholes. I can’t wait until I grow up and I can leave this shitty town!
 
Eagles are playing in SAC and tixs went on sale yesterday.I've never seen them but decent seats are over $300.Just couldn't do it.

Maybe so.But like I said.Never seen them before.

Got tickets for my Wife for a Christmas gift to see ELO at Oracle.Something like $250 a piece.By the time they add the service charge it's almost $650 for 2.
 
Went to see Dropkick Murphys tonight. Holy fucking hell... they are fucking amazing live, especially in a smaller club. The energy was off the fucking charts. Just ridiculous. Oh and guess what else? Agnostic Front opened for them.

Fucking amazing. Fuck you. And fuck you. And fuck you too.

Awesome. I saw them about a year ago but nowhere as good of an opening act. That just kicks ass.

Hate the Murphy's but AF is one of my all-time favorites. I still have my "skinhead" shirt in my dresser that I bought after a late 90's show. Can't really wear it in public though without people getting the wrong idea.

Fuck allllllll y’alllllllll. Dropkick was dope as fuck. You know why? It wasn’t because they stayed true to punk. It wasn’t because they broke new ground. It wasn’t because they sure look handsome. It was because their live show was entertaining as fuck and the energy level was off the charts.

Hey man, preaching to the choir.

One thing I learned being around musicians is that while us fans are like fuck this group or that group, they all get along and support each other. Back in the day we all hated the Offspring until Dex signed my buddies band and totally mentored them and then we’re like “they’re aight” lol. Bottom line it’s damn hard to balance making a living and staying true to the type of music you want to make.
