Saw some interesting previews. That Terminator movie looks cool.
Damn. Was really looking forward to that one.
I’ll still probably go this week.
Meh. Looks weak to me.
It's still worth seeing. I heard 4DX is the way to go though. I only saw I-Max which was still great, but from some of the stuff I've heard, it's well worth the extra to do it in 4Dx
Maybe I'm being a bit sentimental. But seeing previews inside the theater. They're obviously trying to pull you in.
November 12th on Disney+
Yep, supposedly a Rouge 1 prequel, Loki series, and Scarlett Witch series too.
I'm such a nerd.
Hadn't heard the Rogue One rumor. I knew about Loki, WandaVision, Falcon and Winter Soldier are already in production, with a Hawkeye one in preproduction. What If? is also happening.
I hear this show is really good, I'm going to start when i get back stateside.
Black Mirror season 5...meh
Edit...The 3rd episode was better
started Cobra Kai last night, kinda goofy but fun
I'm about halfway through the 2nd season. Just a great blast from the past.
going to blow through them both then cancel the trial
Same. Did it last year for the first season and just re-subscribed for this season.
Spoilers and shit....
John Wick 3: Parabellum
Don’t go see it in the theater. Wait for it to show up on Netflix or Amazon. While the first two certainly had great action sequences, what really held appeal, I thought, was this mysterious underground culture that they had going. You call somebody to clean up the bodies and pay them in strange gold coins? There’s a hotel that’s open to all of the characters yet off-limits to their activities? There’s an ancient code that everyone follows? That’s intriguing shit! While they tried to wind some of that into the latest installment, it really didn’t work. Why did they not explore more of the sub-sub-culture that is the Bowery? Instead they went with multiple action sequences that went on way, way too long. They went with a completely cliche bad guy and then rendered him toothless for a lame attempt at comedic effect. It was a waste of both money and time. I’m sure I’ll watch the next one and, hopefully, they can salvage it.... but I’ll rent it from home for $2.99 rather than go out.
I hated DiCaprio right up until “Blood Diamond.” He might be a huge douche-rocket but he can act.
He’s had a few pay the bills type films but overall has been pretty good since day one.
