The Lingerie Football League (LFL) is eager to cash in on a possible NFL lockout, with officials announcing Wednesday it is considering moving its games from Friday nights to Sunday afternoons if the national league's season is delayed or suspended, WKYC-TV reported.

    LET'S KICK IT
Your team may be painful to watch, but these cheerleaders are easy on the eyes.

NFL owners emerged from a day-long session of mediated labor talks with the NFL Players Association on Wednesday and said no definitive decision had been made on whether to lock out the players, FOX Sports reported.

The Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) between the two sides expires at midnight ET on Thursday.

The LFL, a seven-on-seven league played by scantily-clad women, has expanded with three more franchises for its third season -- the Las Vegas Sin, Cleveland Crush and Green Bay Chill.

Three-time Pro Bowler Bob Golic, the Executive Vice President of Football Operations for the Crush, said the league had "truly gained a lot of credibility both on and off-the-field over the past couple of seasons."

In November, it was announced that Oklahoma City would also be receiving an expansion franchise for the upcoming season, only for the city's mayor, Mick Cornett, to publicly reject it, saying it would cause unnecessary issues for the area.

"There are too many problems to list," Cornett said. "There are so many that I don't want to gravitate to just one."

Former Cleveland Brown Bob Golic has partnered with the Lingerie Football League's Cleveland Crush.

Lingerie Football League officials announced Wednesday that the third season of LFL Football starting this fall could see a move in games being played on Sunday afternoons vs. Friday nights, should the NFL suspend or delay the start of its season.

Cleveland was awarded an LFL team late last year, the Cleveland Crush.

Golic will be the Executive Vice President of Football Operations. The former 3-time Pro Bowler and former Cleveland Brown will oversee football operations in terms of coaching and personnel decisions.

Golic is currently broadcasting a sports show at WNIR 100.1FM in Akron.

"The LFL has truly gained a lot of credibility both on and off-the-field over the past couple of seasons. In Ohio and, specifically Cleveland, we are football. Something like the LFL will generate a lot of excitement and, hopefully, a winning tradition. Expect the Cleveland Crush to pack out The Q on opening night," Golic said.

Late Wednesday, National Football League owners and players were still negotiating a labor deal less than 36 hours before their collective bargaining agreement expires.

They are working to avert a shutdown of the U.S.'s most-watched television sport a month after its Super Bowl drew the biggest audience in American TV history.

Team owners are scheduled to arrive in Chantilly, Virginia, late Wednesday for two days of meetings to decide what to do when the agreement ends at midnight Thursday (March 3).

In 2010, the LFL was shown through a deal with MTV Networks and added 2011 expansion markets with teams like the Las Vegas Sin, Cleveland Crush and Green Bay Chill.
