when you reach a certain age exercise alone doesn't cut it. I work out around 11 times a week, hard. I have to be very careful about what I eat (and drink) or I put on weight even working out that much.There's this new thing called exercise... Google it from your lazy boy recliner
I miss the days I could just work out more and that would do the trick...
