Welcome to the Raiders Hunter Renfrow

With all the attention that our new shiny pair of WRs are going to get, Renfrow is going to be a machine in this underneath/horizontal stretch system with his quicks and crazy good hands

I am hyped to see this kid on the field.
Not Carr’s strength. Can dogs learn new tricks?

I was so curious to see what Switzer would do in Gruden's O and dude didn't even get reps in the pre-season.

Carr haters hate this pick...with his mits comes a higher comp % for Carr...@Turo boil some water @Sleet..get some towels...bunch MFers up in her bout to go into convolutions and shit

I expect Renfro to run any 3rd down route to the sticks unless he's the hot receiver on a blitz.

Yeah we always get overly jacked about whatever new slow slot receiver it is that we bring in.

I'll hope he turns out but I assume this will be a Keon Hatcher/Ryan Switzer/Max Mcaffrey/Josh Harper/Jaydon Mickens type of deal.
I would agree but this cat had waaaay more production vs. real solid competition in high leverage moments..

Since it’s already a topic Renfrow is the worst kind of receiver for Carr. Small target that needs to be hit in the numbers in stride? Good luck with that.

Yes, he has a small watch radius, but he’s also good at catching bad balls. #WeGood

If this guy brings what Cooper Kupp brought to the Rams this may be a REALLY good pick.

A dependable possession slot guy is a must have in today’s NFL and we have been lacking for years. He’s got an opportunity to earn a ton of snaps if his game translates.

Between him Brown and Jacobs we should be able to extend drives at a higher rate next season.

Honestly, Carr’s ball placement was much better last season than in previous. We can hate on him for plenty of things but he simply was one of the more accurate passers on short throws in the league last year.

There’s a difference in hitting little dump offs and hitting an underneath receiver in stride.

The stuff he was doing with Jordy after he came back. Accurate timing throws.

Sigh...Nevermind man.

Carr is good with those timing routes when things go right with the receiver. I’m talking about working the middle where you have to navigate the pocket a bit until the window opens up and then hit it. Those Jordy routes almost always broke outside.

Edit: ok @Armyr8rfan you win this one. He had some nice highlights with Jordy in the middle. He’s still a pussy though dammit!

Which is where many, if not most, of Carr’s pics have come from, no?

He was a high school teammate and close friend of one my best friend’s son. She’s had him in her home and had many conversations with him. I don’t know football-wise but she absolutely loves the kid.

So, yeah.... I can be glad that he’s on the team. Especially since she’s a Pats fan.

If you temper your expectations for a guy like Renfrow then he could be solid pick at a position of need. Let him work the middle and work the one-on-ones that he'll have with a guy like AB on the outside and give the unit a sure set of hands. His stats might never be impressive but ideally he takes Seth Roberts job and catches the fucking ball.
