Jeremy Cash SS- Duke

Cash is the best coverage Safety in this draft...

Y'all MF'er dont get all stupid and get caught in shit like ya did 2 years ago when ya'll said Aaron donald was to small and would'nt translate well in the NFL

Jeremy Cash is the real fuckin deal ya got that?

From NFL com, Bucky Brook's analysis:

Safeties

1. Jeremy Cash, Duke
2. Vonn Bell, Ohio State
3. Darien Thompson, Boise State
4. Karl Joseph, West Virginia
5. Miles Killebrew, Southern Utah
The emergence of dominant tight ends has led more NFL defensive coordinators to place a greater emphasis on acquiring safeties with dynamic skills in the box. Jeremy Cash is a tackling machine with solid instincts and awareness. He is ideally suited to play near the line as a hybrid linebacker with the potential to change the game as a tackler or blitzed off the edge. Bell is a natural "MOF" safety with a nice feel for the game. He capably covers tight ends in space, but also shows enough athleticism to handle slot receivers down the field. Thompson impressed coaches with his high football IQ and superb communication skills at the Senior Bowl. Coaches could view him as a Day 1 starter based on his excellent intangibles and sticky cover skills.

Cash can't cover a cough. He's strictly a wannabe LB.

Everybody here loved Donald.

Most liked him before Nippsy jumped on the wagon.

Cash is a solid box safety prospect. A guy like Mills just spent a week playing Corner and killed it. He's a damn chess piece.

Thompson is a ball hawk general type but Cash won't fit every team IMO

Would you say Cash = Mays

He played LB at duke. Call him whatever you want but he was a glorified LB.

He has instincts to play safety but do I trust he can stay on a slot WRs hip or cover an athletic TE like Kelce down the seam?

No.

If you already have guys that can cover, Cash would be intriguing. If you need guys that can cover, Cash is not your guy. Seems pretty simple. We need guys that can cover.

Cash is in the same boat as Su'a Cravens, IMO

Only Cash was more productive in a lesser conference.

Naw hooka.. ya'll were all over Watkins and Macks nuts... I was the only banging the table for Donald and that was 5 months before the draft- I dig Mack... but lets be honest.. you'd be a damn fool if you didnt trade Mack straight up for Donald... I told you guys back then he'd make the pro bowl his rookie year...

:wtf1: no I would not trade Mack for Donald and you'd have to be a fool to do so. Hey they are both good players but no I definitely keep Mack.

He dun pult 'em.
Sure there's more where that comes from. Don't recall anyone not liking Donald. He was in many top 5 picks on BR.net.

Here I am telling everyone how awesome Aaron Donald was in November of 2013.

Here YOU are jumping on the wagon in January.

I was the first one here. I'm always the first one here. ;)

@NIPS

Posting a pic of him and saying "weird prospect and a good one" hardly constitutes you banging the table for the guy..

Posty was the only one calling the guy T-Rex.. but most here like Donald, but the point is.. they were banging the table for Watson or Mack over Donald...

Lets not get to caught up in the Raider uniform.. He's a fan favorite, I get all that. and a fine player... but he's not more productive and disruptive as Donald.. lets get real here..

Aaron Donlad has 20 fuckin sacks in 2 years as an interior DL, 22 TFL.. Mack has 19 as an edge rusher... Both are great players.. but If I'm building a team.. I'm taking Donald over Mack and I still would have taken Donald over Mack in the draft...Getting interior pressure is key and guys that can do it consistantly are hard to find...

he's not just that... he's an all pro. So is Donald. They are both great players but I don't think one is head and shoulders over the other. Donald definitely benefits from more talent around him on that D-line in St. Louis. That's actually what we need though to pair up with Mack-- an Aaron Donald type.

Should've drafted Donald and signed Aaron Curry. Then we'd basically have both Donald and Mack.
