Saying Urban has JAX job if he wants it. He wants $12 mil a year, so Chargers already out. They will hire whoever works for cheap.

GM is still with Chargers too. Urban is going to want full control. It's probably why only JAX is coming up as a possibility.

Switzer just coasted on what Johnson built. When it was time for him to do something himself, he was clueless.
