The Bad:

1) Guenther- guy is a goner. Players still have no clue where to line up. Every game, WRs and RBs are wide open and damn near every player who leaves this team plays better elsewhere and every player who comes here regresses. Fire his ass at end of season- and I bet Gruden will.
2) 2020 draft class- Muse and Bowden were shit picks and we've gotten nothing out of every other pick.
3) Gruden the game manager- Weak sauce on 4th and short picks.
4) D-line/Marinelli- they have not improved. Buckner had them playing at higher level
5) Morrow/Harris/Joyner/Lawson- leave.
6) Trent Brown 385lbs of crap. Can't stay healthy, seems like knucklehead.
7)Littleton- dude looks disinterested and is playing atrocious

The Good
1) Cable- easily the best position coach on this team. What he's done all year is impressive
2) Carr- he's winning and showing signs of actually have testicles.
3) Kwiatkowski- solid signing
4) Gruden the coordinator- offense has been playing well
5) The record- 5-3 after playing who we've played is impressive.

Rest of season-Hope we get solid contributions from rookie class. Beat teams we're supposed to beat and sneak into playoffs.

I think pretty much everyone to a man would have taken 5-3 in the beginning of the season including a decisive win over the Chiefs at Camarohead. Between the ABrown circus and the injuries, especially to the OL, kudos to the team for sucking it up. While the team may be lacking in talent in some areas, the work ethic has been there.

Good needs to include Gabe back in form and the Nelson (WR) signing. No clue how Littleton can look so bad, but I said that about Joyner last year.

Carr is playing much better than the previous years. Good things happen when he at least attempts to stretch the field and he is doing that. Gruden built this team around the offense so buckle up for high scoring thrillers the 2nd half.

Gruden needs someone to get him out of the mindset that a one-score lead means that it's time to milk the clock. Until our defense can show consistent signs of competence, Gruden needs to keep his foot on the gas.

I actually think he needed to take his foot off the pedal in spots yesterday. You can't gift a team 3 points before half time like that. Run a screen or quick out where you don't risk a QB sack and fumble. Also on that 3rd and 2 when we are running the ball down their throats, get the first and keep the drive going. That OB bomb to Ruggs changed the whole complexion of the game.

When we needed him to be aggressive after the muffed punt recovery, he calls a TE screen to Waller who was well behind the LOS.

Derek Carr has reached a new level. Last night that 53 yard catch by Renfrow can be attributed to Carr extending the play with his feet. Besides the fumble at the end of the first half he had a great game. The leaping 1st down was golden. This is the Carr we all hoped for coming off of 2016.

He had a great 2nd half. The first half left a lot to be desired. Overall, good performance. I think 7th time is a charm!

That throw really highlighted his arm strength and reminded me of the types of plays that Mahomes and Rodgers regularly make. I mean for all the shit we give Carr, he's been looking to make big plays recently. Seems like he's got his confidence back. He's also not afraid to run.

I will openly admit that I did not see this happening. Now we just have to hope it lasts.
