What are you talking about. There are 3 million or so people living in a densely populated 100 or so square miles. That’s more densely populated than most states. Mississippi has a similar population in an area probably 50 times the size.Exactly, it doesn't look at borders. Even the most densely populated bit of BC is fairly isolated from surrounding areas. It's not a reasonable comp at all.
Is Hong Kong sparsely populated because it’s surrounded by water?
