No kidding? I missed that. Wasn’t paying much attention considering it was the better part of forever before we made our first selection. 2nd round seems a little high for Dillon, no?

Didn't we get ripped on last year after the draft for our picks? I'm good with giving Gruden toys to play with on offense and it gives us no more excuses on offense. Score some damn points.

Most of this board hated last years draft lol. Go look.

Looking at what REALLY sucked last year, WR, LB, DB. It’s all had bodies thrown at it. I’m not gonna get too up or down about it. (Minus Ruggs).

I’ll wait and see why they do on the field.

I am actually becoming very excited to see what Gruden can get out of Ruggs tho. Every time I watched Bama this kid was housing a slant, or a cross or some shit. Think of that slant Renfrow housed I think it was the Jets game? Might be wrong.

But I expect a lot more of that type of shit to be ran.

If we cement Bowden at RB it's a bad pick. If we move him all over the place and make him a matchup nightmare it could turn into a great pick. I don't think we drafted a guy like him to lock him at one position. Kind of excites me thinking of Jacobs/Bowden out of the backfield and giving us multiple options on getting them in the open field in the passing game.
 
Raiders still need another hammer at RB. Richards job is in danger if we don’t carry four. Short yardage was and issue last year. Bowden may save room for a RB 4. He can be the last wrk nd take ST duty. Even QB three one day lol but in all seriousness it’s nice to have some weapons finally. These are guys we add to a good OL w Waller & Jacobs. We have done worse in the past.

If Gruden can get a little creative I actually like Bowden/Jacobs/Ruggs on the goal line occasionally to steal a TD here and there. Surprise the defense with a Bowden/Jacobs wildcat and give one or the other a little space to get the couple yards to the end zone. Carr in shotgun and have Ruggs go on a 'pop' pass and beat the defense to the edge for a TD. You see the Chiefs do it all the time with Hill and that 'pop' pass and we're clearly trying to duplicate them. Bowden owned in the wild cat at the goal line in college.
