I don't think Gruden is the problem. He sucked as a GM, and having Mayock remedies that. Gruden is pretty creative scheme wise, Carr is constantly changing plays at the line of scrimmage.
I just think Carr demands or instills the confidence a ball club needs to succeed. That, along with his rookie like mistakes just doesn't produce a winning atmosphere.
Yes. Changing the QB will help, but this is his offense. It's average when people speak of him like he's payton or Arians or one of those dudes. he's not. Never has been.
Dude’s are getting open and he had this offense going on smoke and mirrors for a few weeks.
