Does Al Saunders leaving hurt the Chiefs

What do all the Chiefs fans think? I guess according to rumors Mike Solari is staying, which I was hoping he was bouncing as part of a raid of Chiefs offensive brain trust.

The big plus I see, maybe you guys can actually develop a QB, if Trent Green goes down, I believe you'd look like the Raiders, matching Collins at the helm.

Very smart of Herm to state LJ as the starting back, but will the rocks in the O-line name Will and Willie stay or can suitable replacements be found?

I don't believe Saunders leaving is going to hurt us....Solari knows all the same offensive plays as Saunders/been there the same amount of years...I don't look for the offense to change too much at all. Roaf has already said he plans to stay...Shields hasn't decided yet.
