I don't know if anyone has seen this or heard it but tell me what you think.

," I wanted martz cause our offense is the same as stl, and we can be the greatest show on grass, but shells coming in here trying to instill his tuff man sh*t, i dont know where he's going, but we'll see."and also said the team last year was not undiscipline and is a better team than this year.

I don't know about you guys but cap hit or not we don't need this stuff.

I heard he said that on the 2 Live Stews radio show, but I couldn't find a transcript.

Yep, he's heading for a fall.

Wow, not only is JP inconsistent he's dumb as a friggin' fence post. That kind of thing really pisses me off. Is he officially considered a cancer at this point?

I wouldn't mind trading him but what would we get in return? The best time to have done that would have been draft day but I think the cap hit makes it prohibitive.

Sheese. We don't need this kind of crap. So Art kicked him out of his office once. Maybe a nice stint on the pine would do the big baby some good.

I think he needs to become Art's personal water boy.

"Jerry, I'm thirsty, go grab me a cup."

"What's this? You know I only like orange Gatorade."

AP you have any legimate links on this story?

I'm a little skeptical because it hasn't been reported anywhere. If it really happened it would be unusual for one of the media ambulance chasers not to have it plastered all over th Oakland Tribune.

I haven't seen anything on him. The person who gave me info in the past has been busy and I haven't heard anything lately. I remember the year that we signed Porter to this contract, he seemed to talk out of both sides of his mouth. Those kind of guys frustrate me not to mention his inconsistency.

Whether or not Porter is a cancer is almost secondary to the fact that I believe Ronald Curry (if healthy) is a better football player and Doug Gabriel (when alloted enough PT) is a better football player. I've long since tired of JP's act.

I believe Curry is a better player than Porter but I am not ready to say the same about Gabriel. I do like Gabriel better than Porter though and Curry is my favorite player on the offensive side of the ball.

Curry is easily better than Porter (if healthy). Gabriel is not. I think Gabriel runs better routes, is more disciplined, but isn't as explosive and his hands aren't as soft.

Like Benedict, I prefer Gabriel to Porter since I think he's more consistent. I think Morant has more upside than Gabriel. I think of him as a poor-man's Moss. He is to Moss what Gabriel is to Porter.

Does that mean you prefer Morant over Moss?

Referencing the above paragraph, Morant runs better routes, is more disciplined, but isn't as explosive and his hands aren't as soft.

Honestly, I didn't want Moss here. From all I've heard about the guy since he arrived, I'm glad he's here. I shudder to think where we'd be if Porter was the veteran WR setting the tone.

I couldn't agree more. If nothing else I'm glad that Art Shell is starting to weed out pieces of crap like Porter. It's been a good offseason so far in that respect.

One down...

One to go. ;)
