6am: Take the kids to the park to let them run around with the dog and burn off energy, get back in the car and try and start it and nothing... Dead battery it appears... Have to call wife to come with the cables from my truck...

6:20 Car starts after jump then stalls after a couple of hundred feet... Jump it again and the same thing happens twice... The whole electrical system goes out each time... Since the battery is less than a year old, I'm thinking the core of the problem will end up being the alternator$$ which is going to be a pain in the ass to get to with these old Mercedes cars, a car my wife told me we didn't need when I decided to buy it...

7:00 Decided to leave the car and take the battery to Sears since it is under warranty... The kid at the counter takes my name and number and says they'll charge the battery up, test it and call me within an hour...

8:45 The little bastard hasn't called me yet so I decide to see what is up... Of course now there is a line I have to stand in because today is a holiday in Hawaii... Finally get to the front at about 9 and the numnut tells me "Sorry dude, I got busy and forgot to call you".... Says the battery won't hold the charge and that they'll give me a new battery minus the BS prorated charges Sears always tries to throw at you... I tell him: "You're going to try to charge me after leaving me standing around scratching my nuts for two hours because you forgot to call me?"... Sees my Clint Eastwood stare and gives me the thing for free...

9:30 Finally get out of there with my wife blowing up my phone because I'm supposed to be picking up food and my nephew for a kiddie get together at my house and I'm real late...

10:30 Get home and am loudly reminded that I forgot to buy ice and hot dog buns that were very clearly written on my list... My kids are seen in the background taking way too much pleasure in seeing their old man get his balls busted...

11:00 Jammed my thumb nail cleaning the grill, a grill my wife had been reminding me to not wait till the last minute to clean all week long... Going to have one of those ugly black nails for awhile

12:30 Standing in the pool playing with the kids and my nephew clocks me in the head with toy boat or something... Cuts me above the eye... Manage to kick my baby toe against the side of a chair while stumbling to get something to wipe the blood running into my eye ball... I'm going to have one black thumbnail and one black toe nail like one of those Goth freaks...

2:00 Wife yells at me because I left the ice cream containers out on the counter after making about 20 cones for these little free loading bastards a half hour prior...

3:00 Bite into a hot dog and spill ketchup all over my fly ass boardshorts...

3:30 Go back to the park to put the battery in my car and discover a flock of birds decided to use the front end of the car for a toilet... My buddy that drove me about dies laughing... Cars starts right up but I know I still need to check the alternator

Now I have no problem with scooping it back in the pot and going at it but my wife just shoots me the evil eye and informs me that our dog is going to have a treat with his food all week... 7:05 Wife asks me to drive and buy the family something edible to eat if "I can do it without hurting myself"... I say what am I, an idiot?

7:30 Reach into my pocket to pay for the food and discover that I forgot my wallet at home... I sheepishly call my wife and ask her to bring it because these people look like they would tasor me up if I try to leave since they already prepared the food... The wife has to pack the kids in the car and come out...

11:00 Go to sleep with one eye open knowing my wife about wants to smother me in my sleep at this point...

Yeah thats something to worry about...but we have BEEN worried about those guys...thats nothing new...I still think the offense & defenses look fine...im not overly concerned about anything I have seen so far except for the O-line...that INT by Campbell could of been avoided & the Forte run...no Seymour & no Aso...ahh...well...shit happens
