This guy will definitely not add anything this season (I'm sure Broncos fans hope). I don't know how well he fits in the Bronco mold of QB. I am reminded of Druckenmuller in San Fran, but we'll see how well Shanahan can develop this guy, because it's likely they'll need him in a couple seasons.

You know, I don't. I think this guy is totally overrated. Why would I compare him to Druckenmiller? Druckenmiller was totally worthless, but there was similar hype on his abilities.
But if he can be taught the game? Yeah, he's a dangerous guy.
My serious projection is that he'd work well with the Steelers. A guy who isn't going to be asked to throw the ball 30 times a game. Keep him in the low 20's and you'll be alright. With the running game the Broncos have, he could be effective. But we'd have to take Denver off the high-powered offense books.
Hell, maybe that's where Shanahan is taking them. Maybe he realizes that you need a defense when you don't have John Elway under center.
I think they're going to go after a safety and possibly a RB next. Lynch won't be around forever and Mike Anderson is gone. Granted, Ron Dayne will benefit from the Broncos' blocking (and his year learning the scheme), but he's not a dynamic back, and Denver likes to keep the rotation going.

I have a feeling this very well could be Jake the Snake's last season in Denver.....if he fails to get them to a SB via his usual mistakes.....He'll be gone.....and I know we're all hoping he fails at that! :p
