Raiders-Jets blacked out

By Jerry McDonald - NFL Writer
Thursday, October 22nd, 2009 at 2:34 pm in Oakland Raiders.

The Raiders game Sunday against the New York Jets Sunday will be blacked out locally because it failed to sell out 72 hours before kickoff.

It is the third consecutive blackout. Bay Area fans will instead get the only CBS offering _ Carolina at Buffalo.

I live over 75 miles from the stadium so I will see it live.

For those of you who do not get it live, do you have any place you can go to, like a sports pub to watch?

Just a thought.

SAC is just about 100 and I thought The Rule was 100 mi.Anyway in SAC we don't get it.My buddy lives in Placerville and has DISH but he gets SAC stations insted of Reno so he doesn't get it.

I'm in the Bay this weekend so I won't see it anyway. So I can listen and try to find a feed.

I thought that even if you have Direct TV, they would still show it in the Bay area?
