Just realized that Mr. Woodson, who is the star of the AFC West Fourms banners, isn't likely to be wearing the Silver & Black anymore.

I'm torn. Should the banners be changed (perish the thought -- lot of work) or can we cannonize Charles as a great Radier and leave shit alone? If it is changed it'll be some retired Raider...I don't like changing stuff.

RR: I look at it differently. I think Woodson wanted to play for he Raiders because we were the team who could pay him the most. And from everything I've read/heard, he would have preferred to remain a Raider his entire career. Of course, I never read or heard why. My feeling on Charles Woodson are well known by the 'Old Hands', but the market for him appears to be slim and I'm now beggining to think that he and Al Davis might just work something out afterall.

I'm not at all suprised that he balked at Green Bay. I mean really, did anyone really imagine the self proclaimed "CWOOD" in Wisonsin? I didn't. I'm sure he'd prefer Atlanta or Florida, but it just may end up being Oakland in the end.......
