Well, somebody has to do it considering the state of our team and that that TNS seems to be shirking his duties.

I'm so glad I decided to stick with dogs/pets than have kids. I don't know how you guys do it. We had my 2 neices for a couple of nights -- ages 4 and 1. The 4-year old is cool and I can handle her with ease. But the one year old is the exact opposite. She's stubborn, strong-willed, and absolutely convinced she's in the right. She's like a 60-yr. old neocon trapped inside a baby's body. We had a stubborn staredown/cryfest end in a stalemate after 1 hour straight. We'll have to go to the judges to see who was crying more.

Been cooking a lot of south of the border food recently. For those of you that cook, Rick Bayless is the authority in this area. Been duplicating some of his recipes and it's been phenomenal. Go ahead, hb, ridicule me for wearing an apron. At least it's not a beret like BPP.

This year's PGA season was pretty anti-climatic for me this year. Just never seemed to have the drama the last few years have had. Time for some new blood to step up and challenge Tiger. You sort of know what you're going to get from the rest of the field -- Phil's gonna choke, Ernie's lost his game, Veej is 46, Sergio will cry over losing yet another girlfriend and shoot 84, Paddy will string together 2 months of solid golf and then coast the rest of the year, etc. And Adam Scott? Yeesh, what a fall from grace there.

I still don't get the twitter phenomenon. Do people really think they're that fucking important?

I still love living in a college town and have started to embrace my newfound role of middle-aged Uncle Pervy. Example -- I'm sitting in my favorite watering hole last week having a few beers. All the bartenders there are 20-something college students. One inparticular attractive one told me she's getting new boobs next month. So I half-jokingly say "well, you better show me those things before they get upgraded." 20 minutes later in the cooler and I'm not so sure she even needs the augmentation :)

Really lamenting the fact that I couldn't swing a trip to Baton Rouge this year to see an LSU home game. I'll probably feel differently after this weekend.

Best move I've made in the last month? Buying 15 lbs. of a New York roast and a 14 lb. of a Ribeye roast at Costco and then cutting my own steaks and vacuum sealing them. Cut off 36 steaks in total for about $160. They're about 14 -- 16 oz. a piece, so it works out to about $4.50/steak and they sell for $9.99/lb in the grocery stores. Nevermind what people pay for a steak in a restaurant.

Anybody see the uniforms for the Louisville Cardinal football team this last weekend? It said "The 'Ville" just below the "v" in the collar. Friggin' stupid.

Haven't seen many good movies recently. Although I did get around to watching "There Will Be Blood" a few weeks ago and the final scene in that movie is absolutely riveting.

It took us 2 years to finally come to grips with it, but for those of you that heard about my little personal tragedy of having one of our orchards 50% blown over by a microburst in January 2008 we have now felt the full brunt of that shitstorm. In total, we figure it's going to cost us roughly $1.2 million to replace 70 acres of almonds and get them to production. It won't be any trouble to get a loan for it considering we don't have any outstanding debts. But, still, getting roughly a $1m operating loan induces a little hand-trembling when you're signing on the dotted line.

A couple of things...

Natty hasn't learned that nobody will venture outside the Raiders forum even to complain about Russell.
I'm with you on the kids thing. Tip of the hat to those who are willing and able to raise the little fuckers.
Pro Golf? Well problem is there is no real challenger to Tiger Woods. Mickelson is an enigma. One monment he Tarzan the next he Jane. Dumbass.
As mentioned somewhere ealier I'm hoping for a Y.E. Yang re-match with Tiger this coming Sunday. Beats Radiers football.
Seemed to have missed our resident LSU homer's (aka Natty) take on, dare I say it, "JaMarcus Russell".
The watering hole episode is interesting but completely useless without pictures.
I got nutin'.

See, I think the kids are infinitely easier than the dog. I got a Golden Retriever puppy a couple of months ago. She's beautiful, she's smart, she's great with the kids, she picks up commands easily... and at least three times a day, I want to kick her ass. I was starting down that mental road of "why did I get a fucking dog"... which leads to the road, "I don't have a dog anymore"... when my journey was interrupted. The damned dog got loose. Went for blocks and blocks in each direction in the pouring rain - kids in tow - and didn't see her. Finally gave up and went back home and help my son as he bawled his eyes out. We got her back... and the Goddamned dog stays.

Just had cable hooked up for the first time in over 3 years and here are a few things that I've learned:
1. MTV really doesn't play ANY music videos, do they?
2. If a show is a hit on one station, every other station on the dial will blatantly knock it off. "Dancing with the stars" and "So you think you can dance" and "America's best dance crew" and all of that other happy horseshit.
3. While I haven't had TV hooked up, I went to watch the games at the sports bar, where the pre-game shows were all muted. That always pissed me off! I wanted to know what Howie and Terry or Berman or whomever was talking about! Now, having access to all of the pre-game shows, I see that I was better off having them on mute.

My son looks at me the other day and says, "Dad, I will always love you, no matter what. I love you in the morning. I love you in the night. Even if I was Luke Skywalker and you were Darth Vader, I would love you.... I'd still cut your hand off, though."

You guys think you have it bad? One of my best friends is a Bronco fan.

That said, week 2 was a good week for me. I was watching the games at a sports bar with two of my other best friends because it was that rare weekend where all of our teams - Raiders, Packers, Lions - were playing at the same time. The Raiders were the only team that won.

Those same two friends and I have been saying for years that we needed to have "Guy night movies" for those movies that we knew we wanted to see but that the wives would never, ever go to (Alien vs Predator is where it all started). We said it, but we never got around to it. This past Saturday, they call me up and say we're doing it. "Great," I say, and ask what we're going to see. "Zombieland" was the reply. Now... I saw the previews and, frankly the movie looked stupid as hell to me... but they badgered me into it. And you know... it was absolutely hysterical. Had a great time.

Teams always seem to have receivers running wide open against us and we seem to never have receivers running wide open against them. An indictment of our cornerbacks or of our receivers?

Chicken or the egg my friend... chicken or the egg. Think too long about it and you end up climbing trees looking for coconuts, like someone we know. You know the dude, the guy banished to an island to breed with Dr. Moreau... errr, not Dr. Moreau... I mean, a man-woman.

* Sorry, while I respect those who choose not to have kids, having kids myself is the best thing ever... My first (daughter) was relatively easy but my second (18 month old son) is a handful... Little dude has a non stop motor from the time he gets up, till the time he finally goes down... It takes a lot of effort on our part to keep the sanity with two young kids and our Lab who has become their partner in crime, but the rewards are definitely worth it... Best thing to ever happen to me... Trying to convince the wife to have one final one though she's content with just the two...

* My left elbow is jacked up...Whenever I try and pick up something with my palm facing down even just a glass of water, I get this shooting pain... I'm hoping this heals with time as I really don't want to end up cutting it... It's messing up my work out and golf schedule though... I have a feeling I hurt it paddle boarding when this tourist who didn't know WTF he was doing out there cut me off and made me eat it... I knew I should have drowned that pasty white bastard then and there...

* Sons of Anarchy = Best show on TV right now... Friggin awesome start to season 2...

* I appreciate how some wives feel dread when football season rolls around... I'm lucky in that my better half is a sports fan, but I feel the same kind of dread when Dancing with the Stars and American Idol start up as some feel when football starts... These show are not my thing and I refuse to watch them, but does that stop my wife from constantly yapping my ear off about the latest happenings on DWTStars and trying to get me to help call in for her and her friends favorites? Nooooo... Do I force her to listen to me talk on about Sons of Anarchy or NCIS?... Just kill me now...

* Had a chance to sit down with a guy I know who has attended a bunch of the Washington Husky's practices... Now this old goat isn't the kind of guy that passes compliments easily, but he was just gushing over what he saw of Steve Sarkisian and Nick Holt... I've heard some things about why Sark withdrew his name from consideration here back in '07, but kind of a damn shame Al couldn't close on the guy he had supposedly targeted before he fired Shell... Even though the bastards changed their mind about offering me a scholie back in the day, I still hope Sark drags that UDub program to an elite level... Great college atmosphere... Funny thing about the old goat that told about this is I have never heard him once refer to me by name... Ever.. He always refers to me by the number I wore playing under him a couple of decades ago... He still scares the piss out of me too just as he did way back then...

* I love me some smokehouse almonds... If I owned fields of them, I would send my friends a free 20 pound bag or two... Just sayin...

Whatever you do... don't go to an orthopedic guy.... they only know how to do 1 thing... which is cut.... which is why they always make the same recommendation... ;)

Best bet is to go to an interventional pain specialist. If they try to put you on a narcotic... tell them to fuck off... See if they'll give you a trigger point injection or a steroid injection.... a lot of times the injection is enough to reduce the swelling around the nerve and allow it to re-align to its normal position....

Rick Bayless is the shit when it comes to authentic Mexican cuisine. Unlike some of the other celebrity chefs, the guy actually takes the time to do the research about the food he's making and what region in Mexico its from. For those who think authentic Mexican food are burritos with refried beans and rice, you're sadly mistaken.

Ecnonomy still fuggin blows in SW Fla. Unemployment is as high as anywhere in the country. They want an MBA these days for min wage paying positions.

For those of you dudes over 40, probably not too early to start getting that old prostate checked. Just had an exam and PSA and everything checked out ok. Some places do free screenings so it won't even cost you anything. Its 5 minutes out of your year and could save your life. Also had a skin cancer check which I highly recommend if living in hot climates.

Just not feeling Raider football this year. They get us worked up every offseason and lubed us up with the Richard Seymour signing and its the same old same old. I'm losing interest fast, and frankly, I think I have better things to do on my Sundays. I just don't see any light at the end of the tunnel until major changes are made up top.:shakehead:

Oh, I have a few fields of them, but now that we're down 30% in production I'm not exactly shipping them around the world these days :). Blue Diamond is the distributor who does the best smokehouse almonds. I'm not sure how much those run on the islands, but the almond prices are pretty low, so snatch 'em up quick!

Other random thoughts:

* I think that along with age comes an increased misunderstanding of electronics. It used to be that when I was in college and moved I would be able to setup my receiver, surround sound, TV, DVD player, XBOX/PS2, and stereo in about 20 minutes. I put it off a month after moving into our new house recently and it took me a day and a half to figure that shit out. And I haven't bought anything new in 4 years.

* Per Bones' prodding (talk about stepping in one there) -- my take on JaMarcus as an LSU homer. The dude has all the physical talent in the world but I'm starting to fear he'll never be able to play the position at the mental speed he needs to succeed. It doesn't help that his receivers are both rookies, but he needs to make better decisions and get the ball out faster. I fear Al Davis' patience with him will long outlast that of the fanbase and Russell will suffer as a result. I still think he's a genuinely good kid but the chum is in the water and the sharks have transitioned from circling to attacking.

* We recently bought an Infiniti G35 and I have to say, that car is a BLAST to drive. Plenty of horsepower and sport handling/comfort. I look forward to driving that car every day.

* You know what pisses me off? Inconsistent garbage and recycling pick up times. Our garbage and recycling gets picked up on Wednesday mornings, usually around 9am. So the last 2 weeks I set the cans out at 8am as I head off to work and both times the garbage gets picked up but the recycling has already gone through, so I get to keep it for another week. And given the last 2 weeks of Raiders football I've got a lot of beer bottles stacking up. I put those cans out at 9:30pm last night. That shit better be empty when I get home, damnit!

Wow, you guys all got some interesting shit goin on your lives. I feel like I have known you all for years.

Anyway,

On the topic of kids, I gots me 5 of the little runts....well, they all be growed up now. The youngest is 12, and much like HB's Little Wonder, my kid is wired like time bomb with energy of a nuke warhead. And the bad thing about it, is the little bastard is waaaaaaay too smart for his own good...or mine. The girls were the hardest to raise. But my 2 boys have been lights out! Pretty proud, I am. I got one in the Navy (4th generation I might add), one's a psych major at Old Dominion, one is working on being the 10th grade drama queen for second consecutive year, youngest daughter will be the Valedictorian and go on the med school so I never have to work again and my little guy, well, interplanetary tourism for all is a reality once he gets into NASA.

Owning a pool is nice, til you gotta maintain it on a regular basis. It would be nice to be able to afford a pool boy......or better yet, pool girl.

Finally done moving in to the latest casa. Pretty noice joint on a cul de sac. Much closer to work, but not really the party pad the last joint was.

Been doin' a little bar band singin lately, for the first time about 20 years. Still fun as hell!

Anyone who says the VA is there to help our military folks hasn't really dealt with the VA. These guys suck! I can't any help without a call to Congress. Between headaches, not being able to breathe, weird dreams and beating my wife senseless each night, 2 years home has been almost as hard as 8 months in the Cat Box. Fuck the VA, gimme beer......

Speaking of beer, I dried out for 20 days, dumped all my booze down the sink and it was the worst year of my life. How the fuck does anyone cope without a liquid crutch?

JaFuckWad still sucks!

Lookin forward to another BCS berth for the Boise St. Broncos. And the Rockies should fare well in the MLB post season.

Obama is a fuckin waste of air. Where is Lee Harvey, Sirhan Sirhan or Mark David Chapman when you need them?

That is all.

** Was outside yesterday choppin wood and fencing in shorts and no shirt. Today, I've been outside in a fuckin blizzard trying to get the rest of the fencing done on the new winter pasture for the horses as its supposed to drop down to 8 degrees tonight (that is where their new Lean To is)... have one last run of wire and then will move the ponies over, drop a 1 Ton Round bale into the feeder, kick on the breaker for the water trough heaters and call it a day!

** Still Drummin for "No Shame" ... with college started back up, the Bars are hopin and we're booked solid through the spring. We're playing so much that we need to add some new songs to each set, so we're working on 20 new songs (5 new songs for each set). That gives us plenty of songs to change things up based on if we do back to back places and of course, depending on what the crowd wants to hear. Mainly Rock, but being in Montana, they sometimes want a little country ie, sweet home Montana (Alabama) ..

** Have not had a drink (alcohol) since the Steelers beat the Seahawks in the Super Bowl. Didn't realize it had been that long lol .... don't miss it a bit.

** Missed a 6 point Royal Bull Elk two days ago. I really suck at bow hunting! Damn near fell out of the tree stand I was so pissed...(don't ask!).

** My Griz are undefeated and ranked 3rd in the Nation... at least one of the teams I follow is capable of fielding something to watch.

** I've saved over $1000 on gas this summer by riding my horses to get the mail (1 mile from the house) to the Merc (a store about 6 miles from the house) and too various friends houses (1-15 miles from the house). I ride my horses more than I drive lately.

** My Girl Friends dad got a Moose Permit in Canada... shot a nice Bull first day out. Our Freezer is going to be packed!

** snowing like a mother fucker.. better get my ass back outside and take care of the ponies!

$4.28 for the 6 oz can here... It's a little cheaper at Walmart but they don't carry the smokehouse... They went on sale at Long's 2 for $4 a few weeks back and I brought 20 cans... Of course I had to go back 3 times because they put a max buy limit on the bastards...

I was a big proponent of condoms till I had my 1st son. Theres nothing like being a parent. No matter how bad my day may go- picking up Zack at school and seeing him running down the hallway yelling "daddy, daddy" and embracing me makes it all worth while

Good news : Get your HBO subcriptions ladies - Spielberg/Hanks "The Pacific" a pacific version of Band of Brothers starts in March and should take us right to the 2010 football season - check out the 2nd trailer just released.

Bad news: It's Playoff Time! And just like every other year - whether it is the Yankees or the Red Sox, it does not matter. Because it will be America that suffers

A couple quick hitters from me:

* Even though the team sucks (again) I love this time of year. On any given day I can turn on the tube and watch NHL,NFL, NCAAF, MLB playoffs, MMA and soon NBA. Gotta love it.

* Started working out hard again. Getting up at 6 for cardio, weights at night. Trying to get back in the shape I used to be in. (I sound like every passed his prime adult, LOL)

* I have a feeling I'm going to be an out-of-work University graduate soon. The GM dealer I work at is merging with another dealership, and the guy who has my job over there has worked for GM for 30 years. That sucks.

* I think I might be the only Canadian who has never hunted or fished in his life. No interest at all in that. I like videogames, Haha.

* I play in a competitive dodgeball league, and I can say with 100% honesty, its the funnest sport I've ever played. So intense and a hard workout. Our team hasnt lost a game in 2 seasons, and we all have rifle arms. Its kind of funny. And sad.

* To ride on other posts, I also love Sons of Anarchy, although I just started watching online. Dexter and Entourage are the only other shows I catch weekly.

* I am tired of all the Machida band wagon fans. I have posts proving from 2007 that he's my favorite fighter, and I'm sick of everyone talking about how big a fan they are. I said he would get his belt in due time, and I'm happy to say I was right. Many people are picking Shogun in a couple weeks, But I'm very comfortable with that matchup. I think its his toughest test at 205 for a while though...

* It was -10 degrees celsius this morning. That sucks. I plan on playing a final round of golf Sunday, but I think it might snow. Seriously.

No joke Turk, it is the funnest sport you'll ever play.

All my buddies joked too, I bring them out and they fall in love with it.

Its a great workout and everybody loves hitting people in the face with a dodgeball!

Some teams have cool or funky uniforms, and in my smallish town, there were 16 teams alone in the competitive league. I have no clue how many squads were in the fun league.

PS: I also believe the 'ice bowling' game you mentioned is actually the olympic sport of Curling, which Canada dominates at. I've also never played that.

Anyone ever played OTL (Over the line, a modified 3 man wiffle ball baseball game?) Its a blast. There is a tournament in my town once a year that brings in close to 500 teams from all over the province. We play in February in the snow. Its a big drinking party. I think it started on the beaches in California though, from what I've heard...

This is the only interesting thread on this site now... anything positive said can be shot down with but Al Davis and anything negative can be met with i told you so.

Was in San Diego and the OC working this week- damn there really are a lot of hot women down there.

I think i'll make the New Orleans Saints my new "team for now". They remind me of the last time we were any good.

Watching a lot of other games, checking fantasy players- makes you realize how terrible we really are. Even when we play decent we aren't fun to watch.

I'm addicted to playing texas hold em on my iPhone. Never gets old...

I might have the worst case of turf toe ever recorded. I was playing football on the beach with my son and his friends, as my son tackled me i fought for some extra yards and caught my big toe on his leg with the full force of my leg coming down and my big toe met the top of my foot... not good. I'll never question a player that has turf toe though...

A few weeks later i figured golf was only thing i could really do so went to the range to hit balls, was a day you could hit of the grass. It was late and most of the grass was chewed up, i ended up moving to far back and catching the rope with my club face-- probably fucked up my finger as bad as my toe. weee.

I think HBo is great.I rarely watch network TV.Usually HBO (especially Sundays). And various cable stuff.Entourage,MAD MEN and NCIS are my current favorites.

I don't really do reality shows. And my wife isn't into the ET type shows either.I can't get all hung up on all these celebreties some times pathetic lives.

I do like some reality shows. But more reality and less "drama".Like Ice Road Truckers,Deadliest Catch and Top Chef.

Tony Bourdain has a cool show on the Travel Channel where he travels to various countries to see the food and the people. It is totally NOT a tourist thing. Also Andrew Zimmern on Bizarre Foods is very cool.

My wife loves football, watches NFLN more than I do.And she converted to a Raider fan after moving here from upstate NY.

I can barely watch any of the pregame shows for any duration of time.ESPECIALLY the ESPN poser show.Last Sunday I actually did a little yard work before our early game !

We got a new crib this year.We were lucky and actually benefitted from all the bad stuff. But money is tight for us until we see that 1st tax return.

Along with that it is nice to have our own place with lots of room and a yard for the kids.I still don't have a big screen yet but remember what I was saying about that tax return ?!

I still use charcoal. So far I refuse to cross over to the dark side.

As much as I like to cook and as great as my new kitchen is I haven't done nearly enough cooking as I would like.

Never hunted but I like to fish. But haven't fished in nearly 20 years. My nine year old son has never been. And I live in the middle of some of the best fishing areas (Sacramento) there is.

And as far as kids.I love them both but I do have regrets.Just never seems to be enough time.Or I'm wiped out from work. But IMHO anyone who never had them doesn't really know what they've missed out on. My 9yo son is too much like me,kinda shy and keeps to himself. But his 3 yo sister is more like her mom. She's a damn pistol.Makes me so mad.And they both make me smile.

What were we talking about ? Oh the Raiders. One thing is VERY clear. It is still Al teams.CRYSTAL....::sigh

How did this end up being a confessional ?

Natty you lose your man card, need to get the home entertainment system set up on the day you move in. Once you have that and the bed set up then everything else can take care of itself. I am now at the point when I need to start upgrading again, there are some serious bargains out there with the economy being so shit.

I will still watch every Raiders game, but my level of interest in the rest of the NFL is almost non existant. Still enjoy watching lots of other sport and we are gradually getting more content in HD. Looking forward to "The Pacific" hadn't really heard of it until Nips mentioned it. We haven't got season 2 of Sons of Anarchy yet, I thought season 1 improved as it went along.

We have finally had some rain over the last few days, not enough as the ground is still solid as rock. I can't remember a dry spell lasting this late into the year.

Go Dodgers.

Not a big UFC fan, but I really like Machida.

I'm a Lyoto Machida guy, too, but I can't claim that I have a long history of saying that he was going to be huge. I watched a UFC event in late December of 07, which was the first MMA I'd watched in over a decade. After watching the first few, back in the wild-west days or Royce Gracie, I decided that it was a little too brutal for me to feel good about watching it. Years later, I made friends with a guy who was into it and he swore that it wasn't like that anymore and convinced me to check it out. On the card when I decided to check it out again was Lyoto Machida. I liked him on that card (but what did I know, really?) and really got on the bandwagon after I watched him just crush Thiago Silva.

My son told me it got to 17 in Bozeman and was expecting a big snow storm:bugeye: WTF? Its in the 90's and still humid here in Fla. I'm ready for a little cooler weather

ya, Bozo (Bozeman) got nailed pretty hard as well.... it was 8 this AM when I woke up.. warmed up to around 28, but the wind chill was below zero for most of the day... we ended up getting about 10 inches of snow in total...

Stuck my nose into this Manlove group therapy session. Some of you guys lead an interesting existence.

Was sitting around the table tonight with my two teen age girls who are the absolute light in my life. I was telling them that until the day my wife came home from her school 17 plus years ago and told me, in a hesitant voice, that she was pregnant, I'd been one of those "I don't ever want kids" men. That moment changed everything. Cannot imagine wandering through this world without my two girls (and Mrs. Throne Raider, in case she creeps in here and glances over my shoulder---shouldn't happen. She's down with the swine flu).

I think the key is not to have kids too early. Get established first. Get to know your woman. As cynical as it sounds, you wanna make sure she's the one!

So, with the Raider season in tatters (thus far) I've occupied myself with visiting my elderly mother in hospice, volunteering in my wife's fourth grade classroom, chopping firewood for the upcoming snowbound winter, getting all my hay in for the few horses I have, target practicing on my home range with my girls, traveling around the country flapping my gums for one of our challenged federal agencies and prepping for a multi-defendant gang murder case in the hopes of putting a mob of total assholes away for a few unspeakable crimes.

Sweet Baby Ray barbecue sauce isn't bad on my ribs. I look forward to standing in the blowing snow looking up at the ski park lights, while basting my baby backs with one hand and holding my Lost Coast Tangerine Wheat beer in the other!

Speaking of Barbeque, Any of you cats ever get down to Lee Roy Selmons down in Florida?

I went to one in Ft. Meyers a couple years back and WOW! Thats is some bad ass bbq fellas!

Just sayin!

Also, went to the VA again down Loma Linda way and they got me goin throught the psych thing. They asked if I was depressed and isolating myself I said, "Hell yes!"

didn't tell 'em it because the Raiders suck so bad.

But I get to go back a billion more times. another sleep study, CT scans on the spine (those sapi plates get to you after a while), brain and lungs again. Consult for carpal tunnel syndrome.

Fuck, they better pay me big, right?

Hearing throne talk about his girls makes me jealous as fuck.

My three girls are absolute knockouts! 14, 16 and 20. gotta keep the ol' shotgun ready. But they give me so much shit my heads ready to explode. But i love like crazy anyway.

fixin to head my tired ass back to school too. The new GI bill rocks!

Yeah they have one in my town. Their pulled pork nachos are off the hook and they've lowered their menu prices to boot. What were you doing in Ft Misery S&B? That's the home town of our own Mario Henderson.

John Q, I happen to think Bourdain's show is one of the best on the air. The guy is about as real and candid a chef as you can get and a real witty writer. I suggest reading his book "Kitchen Confidential" which is a no holes barred look into the cooking profession from someone who's actually been there. I love when he trashes Rachel Ray and some of the celebrity chefs on TVFoodNetwork.

Does anyone else find the Geico "eyes" commercial annoying as shit?

I rarely read but I read one of his books. That may have been the one...

Also upthread....Rick Bayless has shown what Mexican is all about. It's all so different in different regions.Much like here.

I also need to get myself checked out as well.I'm 46 and my mom is even bugging me to get checked.Had a cousin die just short of 50.Unknown heart issue. And Colon problems run in my family too.Just need to get off my ass.
