Cable needs to be at the podium right now lighting into everyone in the locker room. Some might say that's unnecessary because he only needs to do it to the players, but he needs to do it as a sign to the fans and the Raiders community. Hell, to at least show the world that SOMEONE, ANYONE is behind the wheel of this train wreck and at least intends to fix things.

It's simply not good enough anymore to get up there and give the typical, 'Well, we're trying to play better' spiel.

Just a pathetic display today from top to bottom. It only looks like Asomugha and Morrison give a crap whether the team wins or loses by 50.

No leadership.

No discipline.

No mental awareness.

The most important piece to the puzzle is the head coach. Without that it really doesn't matter what you do in the draft, what scheme you run, or who you bring in free agency. Without a head coach that can get the locker room to buy in.... this place will never have a chance.
