The 2010 draft is being expanded to three days. That gives us an extra day of agony. lol

Interesting choice, moving it to Thursday (primetime), Friday (primetime) and Saturday (afternoon). Plainly capitilizing on ratings/ad revenue.

I'm one of those that never caught anything more than 15 minutes of the draft because it was on a Saturday. Now that they've moved it... I'll actually watch it... though I'll probably go on a beer run or something as soon as Al is on the clock.

Im the opposite. I used to lay around all day Sat and Sunday hung over and eat shitty food while watching the draft. Now I will be out doing shit when the draft is on... I will be 1,000% more emotional after 11 beers. This is bad news...

Beer run???? Al on the clock makes me reach for the hard liquor. Especially if there's a good lineman sitting there that I'm 100% sure we're going to pass on in favor of whatever player has run a fast enough 40 to make Al reach for the Viagra.

This is the stupidest fucking thing I've ever seen and nothing more than an attempt to make more money in spite of a loyal fanbase. Fuck you, Roger Goodell.

The whole point of the draft was to waste and entire Saturday sitting on the couch, eating all sorts of food, drinking, watching your team draft some no-name, moving to straight shots of Pepe Lopez tequila, cursing your team, kicking your dog, drinking some more, calming down some by rationalizing the pick, re-stating your allegiance to your team, and then eagerly anticipating their next pick when, undoubtedly, “they’ll get it right this time!”

No more. Now it's a "primetime event!" You know what else is a primetime event? The fucking Tony Awards. Nevermind what this does to your whole "globalization initiative" for the NFL. European fans are screwed with this too. As are people living in China, Australia, and Hawaii. All the while, he'll claim this is for the fans. Fuck you, Roger Goodell.

Hey, I’ve got a great idea. Let’s change the Super Bowl! We’ll play the 1st quarter on Friday, the 2nd and 3rd quarters on Saturday, and the 4th quarter on Sunday! Yeah!

God damned idiot.

And fuck me, because I know I'll still watch it.

Excuse me while I fuck up one of the best things the NFL ever created.

Dumb ass.

All about money.

All about money.

No shit. Take care of the game and the fans will always be there.

I am tired of all the recent bullshit!

An 18 game schedule is crap. Longer seasons = shorter careers.

Overseas games are stupid. Let Europe develop its own league. Football is an American Sport. I couldn't care less if anyone else watches.

Now a Friday Night 1st Rd draft. Dumb!

Who cares, the raiders will pick no ones expects anyway.

No one is going to pay attention to the last day. Only you guys care about the 5th, 6th and 7th rd picks.

Brutal move against the die hard fans.

Its a primetime, commercial cash grab in every sense of the word.

My favorite weekend of the year was the Sat-Sun draft weekend, where I grabbed snacks, took time off from work and watched every pick.

Now I'll have to leave work early in order to catch the first hour?

Fucking LAME.

Think about all the draft parties...You'll actually have to go back to work or school on Friday after watching round one. Not like the old system where everybody was off on Sunday and could sit around and recover from Saturdays festivities.
