View Full Version : "Triple Thunder"... The Raiders' running attack is UNSTOPPABLE!
Nice little piece of press from the bleacher report.

Don't know if I'd call something written by someone named RaiderusMax a piece of press ... but no matter the source, the sentiment seems obvious. The Raiders will have a fierce rushing attack next season (barring injuries). And if I'm not mistaken, I believe DHB had an unusally high number of rushes for a receiver, with a high average. That's not a thunderstorm -- it's a monsoon.

I'm so sick of basketball and hockey, you'll have to excuse my enthusiasm when it comes to RaiderusMax.

I like "monsoon" better than triple thunder. Nice.

Don't forget about JLH, he can take a slant to the house, as well.

No question that we have a very nice stable of rbs. The only question will be how well the OL performs in being able to open up some holes. Unfortunately the OL has been overmatched when playing against big run-stuffing D's like Baltimore or Jax...

That's where Barnes is supposed to come in. He has size and prior success against good run defenses at Jax. Why he's still working at LT concerns me, though. I'm hopeful that Satele is a better fit at center than Grove, too, but we'll see. And, hopefully, Henderson can't be worse than Kwame.

Henderson has already proven worlds above Kwame- one of my reasons for optimism.
I agree, stick Barnes in at RT now and get him going, Green sucks and the others don't excite me.

The plan was to take Andre Smith to fill in that RT spot had he been there...
At least that's what I'm going to keep telling myself...

Sorry, but that was the biggest "no shit Sherlock" article that I've seen in quite some time.
What amazing insight. Bwahahahahaha
There are better posts in this message board.

Point taken though. The best thing about the Lakers winning last night is that we are simply one day closer to NFL Football.
Seriously, if not for Boxing/UFC, I wouldn't watch sports at all during this time of the year.
PS - Laker "fans" are Jackass Bandwagoners, by & large.

I've taken the bait, twice. Neveragain though with that "news" site. As much as people disklike him, one of the few jounalists/commentators that I enjoy is Pat Kirwen on Sirius radio.
Beyond that, you can better info about "our team" in a forum like this. I don't post much anymore, but I do browse.
BTW, that avatar is funny. Who the fuck is that ?!?!?!?!?!
