ESPN.com's John Clayton reports the Oakland Raiders have agreed to a one-year, $1 million deal with free agent OL Toniu Fonoti (Vikings). Included in the deal is a signing bonus of around $400,000.


Certainly an upgrade over Stone and Badger, especially considering that we got him for such a low price. We still have a LOT of work left on our line.

This most likely means we can go with a rook to fill out our depth on the OL and won't need to worry about a 1st-rounder to plug in right away.

This is great news. A big, nasty guard. Just what the doctor ordered.

Speaking of doctors -- now Fonoti needs to control his weight and hopefully avoid injury!
