KFFL has learned the Detroit Lions will take Baylor OT Jason Smith with the No. 1 overall pick in the 2009 NFL Draft.

That's the blueprint from Cleveland and Miami...
Lions will try to get Cutler for their other 1st or work with C-pep/ Stanton

This means Monroe will go #2. And KC wont have a T to choose, so neither will Sea, who I fully expect to choose between Raji/Crabtree. Unless they suprise and go QB. Det not taking a QB essentially takes 1 possible player from us unless someone else in the top 6 goes QB. Seattle being the only possibility. MAYBE the Rams, but they need Monroe more.

Not necessarily. Bulger isn't getting any younger and after two-straight injury prone, less-than-productive seasons I wouldn't be shocked to see them go after Stafford. That would leave Monroe available for the Hags at 3 and KC would be free to select Aaron Curry.
