Only takes a couple minutes a day if you have a player, Its also free for your 1st player, but if you want additional players, to be an owner or to quickly level up it can cost you a few dollars.
If you do decide to set up a player, make sure you spend plenty of your available points on stamina, without it you won't spend much time on the field and will take forever to improve.
