This is "commitment to excellence", and it pretty much sums up how I feel regarding what could have been had we made the right decisions from the get go...
"I'm not pleased where we're at. We should be 4-0"
Coach Kiffin
I predicted a 6-0 start prior to the begining of the season, and we came damn close to a 4-0 record kids. We're a couple of bad McCown passes & interceptions, and a Ratface time out away from perfection. Don't rule out the Silver & Black. Ever!
BTW, people actually criticized me quite harshly for my "outlandish" prediction, but I think some of them are now realizing this is a much improved, much better coached bunch of guys who want to JUST WIN BABY!
I'M IN!

The next two weeks v. SD and KC will tell us a LOT about this team, in my opinion.
We'll either be in position to be legit contenders in the West, or likely also-rans ...... again.
I like that attitude I see on the team, and I like the fact that we can run the ball.
I believe we'll at least split the next two games.
I think a sweep of the next two is more likely than dropping them both.
I see SD losing at Denver this week, and if that's the case, the crowd in SD for our game v. them might turn on the home team in a hurry if Oakland does some good things early in that game.
We can win that game.

I am with Poptart on this one. I also think we will split the next two games. The thing is, at the begining of the season I saw us losing at San _ieg_ and beating KC. But I really think the Queefs are the better of the two teams. Their defense is playing better and Dwayne Bowe is simply sick! The B_lts only have ONE weapon and he has been average at best this year. For us to be 3-3 after 6 games, is SWEET. But, the way we run the ball, if we ever get consistant pressure on the QB, we could be 4-2 and in control of the division. WOW!!!

If Denver beats the Chargers, the crowd in SD will be more silver and black than yellow and baby blue.

Unfortunately the Bolts make anyone who buys the Raider game ticket, also buy three other game tickets for home games, thus limiting the amount of S&B at the games. Wussies.

We do that also, I think.

Nope.
All Raiders games are available as single game purchases.

I like that Kiffin said he is watching what the top teams did so far in similar game situations to see what they may want to add to their scheme. :)

I used to live in SD.
After they are 2-6 there will be no fans.

I will just be happy to win a game in the AFC West again. It has been a while.
