DETROIT (Feb. 4, 2006) -- Troy Aikman made it into the Pro Football Hall of Fame's biggest class in years. The guy he threw to -- Michael Irvin -- will have to wait once again.

Reggie White, Warren Moon, Harry Carson, John Madden and Rayfield Wright also were elected.

Well-deserved indeed.

I am definitely happy for Warren and Harry Carson.

I am really happy for Harry. It's a crime that he never made it all these years. He was the heart and soul of that Giants team along with LT. He was the face of the franchise IMO.

This was well-deserved by everyone.

Congrats to them and it's long overdue for Harry Carson.

This is really a day of celebration. Great football players that were great people.

I really think I am going to make a trip to Canton this year, Madden going in is going to bring out the old guard of the Raider nation...be nice to see all of them.

Irvin will be there, they are just going to make him sweat it out...maybe 2010 with Emmitt, Jerry Rice and Tim Brown???

I loved that commercial in the 90's...the four horsemen....now THAT was cool :) Michael Irvin does deserve to be there, but unfortunately his drug problems could keep him out for quite awhile.

Supposedly, they're NOT supposed to consider off-the-field issues, but we'll see if they really do.
